How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Pamusika account and associated data using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Pamusika app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
- Your account will be deleted immediately
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to request account deletion:
Email: support@pamusika.app
Subject: Delete My Account
Include: Your registered phone number or email address
We will process your request within 7 business days and send confirmation when complete.
What Data is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, phone number, email, photo)
- All product listings you created
- Your message history and conversations
- Transaction and order history
- Reviews and ratings you provided
- Saved locations and preferences
- AI assistant conversation history
Data We May Retain
Some information may be retained for limited purposes:
- Legal compliance: Records required by law (up to 7 years)
- Fraud prevention: Information related to abuse or violations
- Anonymized data: Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to any active listings or pending transactions
- Reviews you left for other users may remain visible but anonymized
- If you wish to use Pamusika again, you will need to create a new account
