How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Pamusika account and associated data using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Pamusika app
  2. Go to ProfileSettings
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted
  5. Your account will be deleted immediately

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to request account deletion:

Email: support@pamusika.app

Subject: Delete My Account

Include: Your registered phone number or email address

We will process your request within 7 business days and send confirmation when complete.

What Data is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, phone number, email, photo)
  • All product listings you created
  • Your message history and conversations
  • Transaction and order history
  • Reviews and ratings you provided
  • Saved locations and preferences
  • AI assistant conversation history

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained for limited purposes:

  • Legal compliance: Records required by law (up to 7 years)
  • Fraud prevention: Information related to abuse or violations
  • Anonymized data: Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • You will lose access to any active listings or pending transactions
  • Reviews you left for other users may remain visible but anonymized
  • If you wish to use Pamusika again, you will need to create a new account
